Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Exchange

We strive to provide a shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 60 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with the original packaging.

You must contact us at an online service prior to returning/exchanging products with us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

Please refer to Return & Exchange for the terms as follows:

1. Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at the online service immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 30% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.

2. Exchange

We will accept exchanges for the wrong style, size, or color. Because of the high cost of international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment. We will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags, and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer. Please contact our customer support [email protected] before sending the products back.

3. Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. As you know, it will be a high tax to import textile from another country to China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay. Please contact our customer support for refund assistance.

4. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sales, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking is to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
